Recipe: Cabbage, Sultana, and Fennel Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb cabbage thinly sliced

1 small fennel bulb, diced

5 tablespoons fresh fennel fronds, chopped

2/3 cup golden raisins
-
1/2 cup plain yogurt
-
1/2 cup mayonnaise of choice
-
3 tablespoons lime juice
-
2 teaspoons honey
Directions:

Toss together cabbage, fennel, fennel fronds and raisins.

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice and honey.

Stir yogurt mixture in cabbage mixture.

Season with pepper and salt if you must!
