Recipe: Dill Carrots Side Dish

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lb. fresh baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- 1In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add carrots. Cover; cook over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain. Return carrots to saucepan; add remaining ingredients, stirring until margarine is melted.
