How to Store Fresh Herbs

You can store fresh herbs in cool water, just like a bouquet of flowers.

When you can no longer keep herbs fresh in water, pluck off all the usable leaves and put them in a ziplock bag in the freezer. They will freeze whole, but when you need them for cooking you can reach in and get a handful and use it for cooking. Just sprinkle it over the pan and stir in.
