Recipe: Leek and Bok Choy Gratin

Ingredients
1 pound leeks, white and pale green portions, cut into 1.5 inch pieces (about 4 cups)
1 pound bok choy, cut into 1.5 inch pieces (about 5 cups)
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese
Directions
Heat ove to 350.
In a large bowl, combine leeks and bok choy.
Place in 8" x 12" baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together broth and flour.
Pour over leek mixture.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 30 minutes.
Stir.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Return to oven.
Bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
