Recipe: Fattoush Salad

Salad Ingredients:

  • 4 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes 
  • 1 green pepper 
  • 1/2 red onion 
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (curly kind) 
  • pita chips smashed up (or toast your own and chop)
 
Dressing Ingredients:
 
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh is best) 
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil 
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped is fine) 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper 
  • top with feta cheese
