Recipe: Fattoush Salad

Salad Ingredients:
- 4 cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (curly kind)
- pita chips smashed up (or toast your own and chop)
Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh is best)
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped is fine)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- top with feta cheese
